What if I don't like the preview?
You pay nothing. The preview is free and comes with no obligation. You can ask for another version or walk away at no cost.
Who makes changes to the website?
Both options are possible. Small things such as prices, news and photos you edit yourself in the platform, and they cost no points. For everything else you send a message, the system estimates the points, you approve, and our team makes the change.
How do points work?
Every plan includes a monthly number of points: Start 20, Pro 50, Premium 100. The system estimates every request straight away, you approve it, and only then does our team carry it out. Small things cost one point, a new subpage around thirty. Plan points renew every month and do not carry over. If you run out, you wait for the new month or buy extra points, which do not expire.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel the Start plan at any time, and it stays active until the end of the month. Pro and Premium have a 12-month commitment, because they include a domain and a larger scope of work. When you leave, you get an export of your content.
What if I already have a website?
Great, that is the most common case. We move your existing website to Pixie Pilot, refresh its design and tidy up the content. The domain stays yours, and the old website keeps running until the new one is approved.
