What if I don't like the preview?
You pay nothing. The preview is completely free and without obligation — if you don't approve it, the project ends. You can request another version or walk away at no cost.
How many changes can I request per month?
Every plan includes a monthly change budget, tracked in points — 1 point = €1. Start includes €20, Pro €50 and Premium €100 of changes per month. For a sense of scale: changing a phone number or a photo ≈ €1, refreshing several texts ≈ €5, a new section ≈ €15, a new subpage ≈ €30. If you use up the included budget, extra changes are billed at the same rate (€1 = 1 point), with no hidden markups.
Who actually does the work?
Our team of designers and developers with 20+ years of experience. We also use modern AI tools — that is why we are fast — but every change is reviewed and approved by a human before it goes live.
How fast is a change executed?
Response time depends on your plan: Start within 48 h, Pro within 24 h, Premium within 8 h. Small tasks are often delivered the same day.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in. Cancel in the platform with one click — your subscription ends at the end of the paid period and your data remains accessible for 30 days.
Is my content safe?
Yes. Everything runs on EU servers, daily backups, SSL encryption. GDPR compliant. Your content is yours and you can export it at any time.
Can I add an online store later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade to Premium at any time — your existing content stays, we add the store, payments and inventory.
